Responsibilities:

• Customize support to meet the unique learning needs of SEN students.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to cultivate an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Assist in maintaining overall classroom order to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Establish open communication channels with parents, teachers, and external professionals.
• Regularly assess and evaluate the academic and social advancement of SEN students.
• Adapt teaching materials and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in various teaching techniques suitable for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• A deep understanding of child development and the learning process.
• A strong commitment to building positive relationships with children and understanding their requirements.
• Ability to offer personalized attention, encouragement, and assistance with learning tasks.
• Either possess an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to obtain one through Randstad.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
