Situated in a well-established part-residential, part-school environment, they cater to students aged 5 to 16, boasting over 80 enrolled pupils. They are currently seeking a dedicated SEN TA to join the team on a long-term basis, supporting learners both individually and in whole-class settings throughout the academic year. This role requires Monday to Friday availability from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, during term time.This school prides itself on its comprehensive support for learners with Autism, Asperger’s, and other associated learning difficulties, offering a diverse and creative curriculum that includes recreational activities. Recently awarded the eco-healthy school award and registered with the Arts Council.Benefits:

  • Desirable, but not essential: Previous experience in Care or Education

  • Providing support to SEN learners across various settings, including 1:1, small groups, and classrooms
  • Regular communication with parents and carers to discuss pupil progress
  • Active participation in departmental meetings, parents’ evenings, and school training events
