In this capacity, you will be responsible for the design development, conceptualization, and application of revisions of graphic materials and collaterals. As a Specialist II, Creative Artist, you will:
Provide full support to internal departments and external clients by assuming responsibility for designing and developing print and online graphics.
Collaborate with stakeholders during the design stages to ensure that the design vision is properly implemented.
Ensure that design studies also conform to output requirements for graphic media (e.g., accurate dimensions, color mode, company branding, etc.).
Research and investigate innovative ways and trends in design to further improve the company’s offerings.
Ensure that work is properly turned over on time or earlier and with appropriate documentation or notes.
Who You Are:
You are an adaptable person who is skilled at drawing, which is often needed in a layout. You are a proactive self-starter and can be accurate in preparing layouts for production. You anticipate future trends and implications accurately. You can efficiently express your thoughts and collaborate well with clients, other designers, production people, photographers, and printers.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Industrial Design, or related courses.
1-2 years of experience specializing in Arts, Creative, Graphic Design, Layout Design, or equivalent.
Experience in working across campaigns and advertising design, both online and offline.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
Experience in photo/video coverage is a plus.
Experience in UI/UX is a plus.
Experience in print publication is an advantage.
