YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO

The post holder will be expected to lead the therapy team in the absence of the Band 7s, be involved in the teaching programme, service development, student supervision and the development of Band 2-5 therapy staff. All staff are expected to work flexibly to support a 7-day service including bank holiday, twilight and oncall shifts.

You will work primarily on GICU supported by band 7 clinicians and will also cover Head and Neck patients on F5.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The successful applicant should have relevant postgraduate respiratory clinical experience with a desire to develop their knowledge and skills in the respiratory care of patients with a wide range of pathologies. Excellent support will be given towards continual learning and professional development, including undertaking regular audits.
