• Good knowledge of the Canadian wealth management space
• General to detailed understanding of securities, fixed income, and mutual fund trading for retail brokerage and investment counsel
• General to detailed understanding of the settlement processes in the Canadian securities industry, where Broadridge is the dealer account structure
• Strong communication skills and experience in writing requirements (User Stories, BRDs, SRDs, Change Requests)
• Ability to draft process flows, and identify areas where stakeholder concerns will come into play and need to be navigated
• Project management timeline discipline and the ability to work independently
