What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sr. Consultant, Technology Architecture, you will be accountable for enhance CAM ecosystem and creating the solution design for new initiatives and contribute to the overall design strategy. Your mandate requires effectively and accurately translating functional and non-functional business requirements into technical solutions. In addition, you will provide comprehensive senior-level Technical consulting to other IT senior management and technical teams.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Strategic Development & Execution – Perform and coordinate complex solution design activities. Understand the business requirements and translate them into system and application design that is aligned with our technology roadmap. Design and document the technical functionality, infrastructure, interfaces, and integrations. Lead the design of cost-effective and innovative solutions to meet both business objectives and the goal of operational efficiency.

  • Strategy and Roadmap – Contribute to technology roadmaps that are aligned with the bank’s vision, strategy, and business objectives. Lead multiple complex technology solutions while maintaining consistency across the platform, adopting best practices, and pushing forward continuous improvements

  • Collaborate and Enable – Collaborate with various technology and business partners to enable their success through using the data protection services and capabilities that we build to empower them.

  • Strong Leadership – Act as tech lead, and interface with the project teams by providing subject matter expertise to ensure the project is on track to meet objectives. Support and mentor junior and intermediate team members by sharing knowledge, collaborating and effective problem solving.

Who You Are

  • You can demonstrate experience: 5 + years as a Solution or Technical Architect/Consultant. You have excellent knowledge of various types of technologies, deeply aware of new trends and new industry tech stacks. You have experience of providing guidance to technical teams, creating executive decks independently and are well versed at presenting to project teams as well as executives. Experience working with business and architecture teams to develop and design technology solutions is essential to this role. Ideally, you have progressed through application development, analysis and design Solid experience with a variety of technologies/frameworks including event-driven architecture, API, DevOps pipelines, etc.
