We are seeking an ambitious Sr Customer Service Representative to be part of our outstanding team in Heredia, Costa Rica. Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service in invoicing, administration, order management, quotations, and master data.
Manage complex customer requirements, handle blocking issues, and process requests within division guidelines.
Liaise with sales, distribution, and finance teams to successfully implement solutions and ensure timely handling of inquiries.
Adhere strictly to company policies and training guidelines.
Achieve key performance metrics and engage in efficiency initiatives.
Participate in assignments and projects as required to meet business expectations.
Maintain high data accuracy and quality by bringing to bear computer systems.
Contribute to training materials and support new joiner training.
Use daily customer service reports to assess and direct activities appropriately.
Engage in cross-training and support activities during seasonal requirements.

Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service role within a shared service center or multinational environment.
Experience with ERP systems preferred but not essential.
Education
Working Conditions
Involves repetitive typing and regular use of a computer.
Typical office environment physical demands.
