Position Summary

Meritain Health an Aetna/CVS affiliate has multiple openings for Sr. Customer Service Representatives in our permanent work from home role $18.50/hr. wage to support our Minnesota and Indiana Offices . This is a work from home position across the state of Minnesota and Indiana within the Central Time Zone

Schedule – 8am-4:30pm CST

This position handles customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet or written correspondence. Customer inquiries are of basic and routine nature.

• Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits and eligibility, PPO participation, etc

• Maintain department established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level

• Work together as a team and apply the Aetna Core Values in day-to-day operations

• Providing Solutions to Constituent Needs• Working Across Boundaries

Required Qualifications

• Call center and Medical Terminology/insurance experience

• Experience working in a production environment.

• Computer Savvy

• Excellent multi-tasking skills

• Results-oriented and self motivated

High Scholl diploma/GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 – $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
