Sr. Customer Service Representative in Wayne, New Jersey

Description We are offering an opportunity for the role of Sr. Customer Service Representative in Wayne, New Jersey. The primary function of this position is to handle customer service-related tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role involves managing client accounts, processing orders, and maintaining detailed records. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer orders using various software like SAP and Macola.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.

• Monitor client accounts regularly and take necessary actions as needed.

• Manage a considerable volume of orders daily, ensuring accuracy and promptness.

• Provide coverage for phone and front desk duties as required.

• Employ ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning and CRM tools for effective data processing and customer relationship management.

• Utilize skills in computer programs and data processing to ensure smooth workflow.

• Represent the company professionally in all customer-facing scenarios.

• Collaborate with a team of 5 in the department to ensure all customer service operations run smoothly. Requirements • Proficiency in computer programs and data processing is essential.

• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is required.

• Familiarity with Epic Software and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is crucial.

• Working knowledge of ‘About Time’ software is desirable.

• Ability to handle and manage answering inbound calls efficiently.

• Experience in benefit functions and billing functions is necessary.

• Proven track record in claim administration.

• Proficiency in order entry is a must.

• Experience with SAP (Systems, Applications & Products) is required.

• Prior experience as a senior customer service representative is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work according to urgency.

• High level of patience and problem-solving skills to handle customer queries and complaints.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a team and foster a positive work environment.
