Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Customer Service Representative in WINCHESTER, Virginia. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, primarily focusing on customer service and data processing tasks within the industry. The successful candidate will be in charge of customer interaction, data entry, and follow-ups with various inspectors.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls and handling customer inquiries

• Accurate and efficient data entry into online database system

• Utilize various computer programs and CRM tools for customer service tasks

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status

• Work closely with inspectors, providing them with necessary follow-ups on assigned tasks

• Utilize Epic Software and ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning for data processing tasks

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Manage high-volume data entry tasks effectively

• Utilize MS Office and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud for various administrative tasks

• Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner. Requirements • Proficiency in computer programs and CRM systems

• Experience in data processing and high-volume data entry

• Familiarity with Epic Software and Epic System

• Understanding of ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud

• Ability to answer inbound calls effectively and professionally

• Knowledge in executing benefit functions, billing functions, and claim administration

• Experience in MS Office suite applications

• Ability to handle customer service tasks in a high-volume environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and handle customer queries efficiently

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience in a senior customer service role is a plus.
