This role will be pivotal in driving growth through effective CRM strategies, optimizing digital sales, and collaborating closely with marketing agencies. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and leadership skills to spearhead our acquisition initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Manager, Acquisition Marketing will lead a team of commercial leads in an Agile Marketing environment and will work collaboratively across Rogers Marketing, Rogers Bank, Legal and the Product team to deliver on aggressive targets.What you will do:
