Job Summary Project Program Management / Initiative delivery: Manages the planning, organization and implementation of projects. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.Job DescriptionWhat will you do? RBC Bank Georgia, N.A. is a US subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada with a passion to provide US Banking services for Canadians living, working and travelling in the United States. RBC Bank’s “Cross-Border” solutions are designed to meet the unique needs and challenges Canadians face south of the border including but not limited to the ability to access and link their Canadian and US Banking accounts, perform Cross Border Transfers and leveraging their Canadian credit standing and existing banking relationships with RBC for purposes of obtaining credit/loans in the US.
- Oversee project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of project team.
- Manage all aspects of projects. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and completion of project goals.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project
- Facilitate medium-to-high complexity initiatives from initiation through release, providing oversight to ensure alignment with RBC Delivery practices, including but not limited to, project kick-off, sprint, release and deployment planning
What you need to have:
- 7-10+ years of experience in Managing Large scale strategic projects
- Experience within a Financial and Banking Institution
- 1-2+ years of working with Portfolio management
- Project / Program delivery in Agile and/or Waterfall environment (medium-to-large scale initiatives) using influence to facilitate to outcomes
- Experience working in a dependent multi team environment
- Strong Communication and Delivery skills

- Certified Scrum Master / Agile Practitioner
