Job Description

  • The Sr Technology Maintenance Manager leads implementation of new standard processes around maintenance areas, build and develop digital platforms in order to facilitate department daily work, develop a robust maintenance audits system that includes workshops, tool carts, documentation, preventive, etc.

What your day will look like:

  • Strategic, global project management in the area of Machines & Moulds, related to factory daily work. (eg. new production technologies, machines process parameters information data, predictive tools, digitization initiatives, etc.)

  • End2end development & global implementation of automation systems & digital platforms for Manufacturing Areas. (Production, Maintenance, Quality Engineering, etc)

  • Own strategic supplier development & ensure accurate delivery in the area of responsibility.

  • Co-development and implementation of Manufacturing Digitalization Roadmap for Moulding Plant.

  • Acting as a global area/platform owner to ensure fit & scalability of developed solutions.

  • Support of local automation & digitalization teams during Automation & digitalization Projects.

  • Drive standardization in our Manufacturing network.

  • Develop and administrate the CMMS Maintenance system via SAP.

  • Develop and administrate Maintenance KPI´s and show into Databases. (Power BI, Dashboards, etc)

Are you up for the challenge?

  • +7 years of experience in maintenance.

  • Know-how in automation & digitalization in maintenance environment. (develop data bases into digital, and facilitate daily work)

  • Experience leading group of 6-8 employees.

  • Experience in an industrial environment, process control systems, projects.
