About CInI :

Collective for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives – CInI (An initiatives of Tata Trusts), a resource organization working for food and livelihood security of tribal communities living in the Central Indian tribal belt. This region cuts across states of West Bengal, Orissa, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra and South Rajasthan. The key thematic intervention areas of CInI include ‘Food Security, Water resource Development, Micro-Finance, Community Based Institutions, and Forest Based Livelihoods. CInI works in partnership with 25 civil society organizations to reach over 450,000 households across the region. CInI is the nodal agency for the Central India Initiative of the Tata Trusts. It works to develop the project clusters as strong demonstration sites for comprehensive tribal development. CInI provides technical backstopping, programme development and management support, knowledge management and coordination support. Set up in 2007, CInI has a team of 280+ professionals. CInI is presently executing a focused programme ‘Mission 2020 – Lakhpati Kisan: Smart Villages’ which aims at making nearly one lakh tribal households ‘Lakhpati’ in an irreversible and sustainable manner.

Brief Job Description :

• Checking of all expense bills and posting the entries in Tally ensuring the org SOP and other statutory compliances.
• Preparing the Bank Reconciliation statements as per the defined process and period.
• Preparation of project financial reports (UC) as per the defined timeline including its complete documentation.
• Ensuring deduction of TDS and other statutory liabilities as per the prevailing law including basis knowledge of GST.
• Ensuring proper filling of all accounting vouchers, bills, HR files as well as other supporting documents.
• Ensuring maintenance of stock registers including its movement and physical verification.
• Assisting the team in collection of quotations and other admin related support.
• Ensuring entries in accounting packages are being passed and approved as per the defined tally matrix-Cost centre Accounting.
• Timely preparation and submission of all HO reports and trackers including close liasioning with all stakeholders.
• Assisting the team in conduct and closure of statutory, internal and other project audits.
• Assisting the team to do proper management of FPC accounts and ensure the compliances and legalities on time

Required Candidate profile :

• Experience of working in a similar role with a reputed organisation / NGO based accounting.
• Experience in MS Office all packages
• Tally ERP packages
