Student Assistant, CHE 113 Unit Operations in Chemical ProcessIn the appointment of Student Assistant, your general duties and responsibilities will be:
Preparing, delivering and/or attending lectures/labs; demonstrating, marking, student consulting, setting up experiments, and conferring with the supervisor in charge as required by the assignment.Your location of work will be the Engineering Building, Saskatoon Campus.Required Number of Hours: up to 12 hours per week

Minimum
- Undergraduate student currently enrolled in Chemical Engineering or Graduate student in good standing enrolled in the College of Engineering.
- Good English language oral and written communication skills.
- Completion of the University of Saskatchewan online Laboratory Safety and WHMIS training courses.
Ideal
- MSc or PhD student in good standing in Chemical and/or Biological Engineering with an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Saskatchewan.
- Excellent English language oral and written communication skills.
- Previous experience as an instructor or teaching assistant.
- Prior training in marking and learning facilitation.
- Coursework, research, or industrial experience that is relevant to the specific class or laboratory.
- Familiarity with specific equipment used in the laboratory (if applicable).
