We require an experienced, reliable and well-organised individual to work, temporarily, as the Student Support & Wellbeing Administrator/Receptionist within the Library and Student Support (LSS) Service, for an 11 month maternity cover. 

The successful candidate will be working within a small team of administrators, who work on campus, supporting the day-to-day process’ within the Wellbeing Services. You will have a particular responsibility for a specific area of wellbeing work which will necessitate liaising with various departments throughout LSS and the wider University. In addition, you will be required to perform a range of duties which include minute taking, producing reports & spreadsheets, maintaining confidential student data via University software and databases. Educated to GCSE level or an equivalent standard, you should be confident in communicating with all levels of staff, students and external contacts and be an excellent team player. You should be able to work on your own efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision and be able to take the initiative as and when required. The successful applicants should have excellent inter-personal skills, pay close attention to detail and be proficient in the use of Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
