The school are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and pro-active candidate to join their staff in the Student Support Assistant role in the new academic year, assisting students with varying additional needs. The schools provides education to students aged 5-16 who have social, emotional and mental health needs. Working as a Student Support Assistant will include implementing different therapeutic techniques, guiding students through turbulent situations and being a role model. While helping the students on a 1-1 basis, you will build trust and rapport while being mentored by on-site therapists and psychologists.The successful Student Support Assistant will benefit from:
