Research ServicesThis role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.This new full-time post is available from 3rd June 2024 on a fixed-term basis until 31st August 2025.Summary of the roleAn exciting opportunity has arise to join the Neurodegeneration Imaging Group (NIG) as a Study Recruitment Coordinator. The NIG is a world-leading academic group that performs clinical research on the causes and mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative diseases, using imaging tools such as Positron Emission tomography (PET) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).This Coordinator role is required to support Professor Politis and the study team in the day-to-day running and delivery of research studies within the Neurodegeneration Imaging Group (NIG) part of the Faculty for Health and Life Science. This is a dynamic and fast-paced research environment, and this role will provide key recruitment and administration support to academics, researchers, and project managers, enabling the successful delivery of world-class research projects.This is an exciting role with a great opportunity to develop the post. The successful applicant will have a ‘can do’ attitude, be able to demonstrate initiative, be well-organised, and be able to communicate with a diverse range of people including the public, external stakeholders from non-academic collaborative partners. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service, administration, relationship building and organisational skill.
