• Collaborate with client, project management, engineering, logistics, and procurement teams on surveillance-related matters.
• Lead and mentor assigned SQS personnel, providing functional direction.
• Prepare Quality and Certifications Requirements documentation and resolve supplier quality issues.
• Conduct and assess Supplier Plan Surveys and evaluations of Supplier Quality Systems.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and surveillance activities align with client and project standards.
• Participate in Supplier Quality Alignment Meetings at supplier locations as necessary.
• Generate regular project status reports, highlighting budget performance, activity levels, and key concerns.
• Manage SQS services, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to requirements.
• Develop and implement Supplier Quality Surveillance (SQS) strategies and guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Accredited four-year degree or equivalent in engineering/technical field.
• Advanced degree in engineering, technical field, or administration area preferred.
• Five years of related quality/project experience.
• Lead Auditor certification required.
• Auditor certification by an external agency preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective leadership and decision-making abilities.
