Supply and Delivery of 16 Motorcycles

This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP Quantum. Introduction

The “Dumisha Amani” Project invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit bids for the supply and delivery of sixteen (16) motorcycles. These motorcycles will support project field operations, including community outreach, monitoring, and coordination activities across the target regions.

Bidders are required to submit all-inclusive quotations, covering all costs up to final delivery at the specified destinations. The quoted price must include, but not be limited to, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), final assembly, packaging, transportation, insurance (where applicable), and delivery to the designated locations.

Specifically, the motorcycles shall be delivered as follows:

  • Mwanza: 3 units
  • Geita: 3 units
  • Mbeya: 3 units
  • Songwe: 3 units
  • Unguja (Zanzibar): 2 units
  • Pemba (Zanzibar): 2 units

The supplier shall be fully responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and complete delivery to each location.
