As a Supply Chain Data Analyst, your individual contribution will largely focus on the portfolio of work that enhances decision making in our complex global supply chain.

  • This role is located either in one or all hub locations – Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, Washington, D.C., Other. 

  • Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates may be required to ​relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. 

  • This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analytics professional, your individual contribution will largely focus on the portfolio of work that enhances decision making in our complex global supply chain.

  • Lead project teams in support of different project workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones.

  • Lead, guide and support multiple workstream that drive growth and enhance decision making

  • Use the Power Platform to build out visualizations that tell a cohesive story for many parts of the supply chain team including but not limited to Planning, Category Management, Engineering etc

  • Posess the skills to connect to multiple data sources and create an organized data schema and develop visualization to tell a complete story.

  • Recommend appropriate new or revised change management tools and practices.

  • Bring Supply Chain experience and help to shape the vision in alignment with the overall Supply Chain Transformation core team. 

  • Drive lean processes on the global and regional basis and Baseline of current process.

  • Evaluate and engage with external partners to accelerate transformation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis

  • OR Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field

  • OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis

  • OR Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis

  • OR equivalent experience

Data Analytics IC3 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 – $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 – $183,000 per year.
