This position is located in the London area.About the Role:We are currently seeking a proactive, solution-oriented, and experienced Supply Chain Lead to join our dynamic team. The role involves planning, controlling, and executing product flow activities to optimize our inventory control, logistics, and warehouse operations.

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process from procurement through production to distribution.
• Lead a team of direct reports ensuring engagement and growth within the team
• Optimize inventory control procedures.
• Implement effective logistics strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
• Conduct performance analyses to identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

• Post Secondary Education in Supply Chain or a related field
• CSCM or related designation an asset
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience implementing new systems and processes
