Supply Teaching, Secondary Schools – East Sussex CoastLocation: Eastbourne, Bexhill, St Leonards, and Hastings.Pay: £110 – £140 per dayContract: Full-time and Part-time both available – Temp to Perm availableDid you know that if you hold an undergraduate degree you could be earning up to £140 per day working on your own schedule as a supply teacher, offering general or specialist subject teaching? No formal teaching qualification is necessary to get started!About the role:Supply Desk is working with secondary schools along the East Sussex coast, placing talented and hard-working individuals into the right schools to assist in raising attainment standards in the area. Schools are seeking reliable and dedicated educators to help make sure the new academic year gets off to a great start! As a Secondary School Cover Supervisor, you would be able to choose the days you work, in the schools you want to work – simply leave the rest to Supply Desk.Your responsibilities will be to:

• Deliver content in a committed and engaging fashion in your given subject.
• Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and academic excellence.
• Lead classes in accordance with school ethos, ensuring respect and inclusivity in the learning process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute positively to the overall educational experience.
• Maintain clear and thorough feedback and planning records.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject. A recognised teaching qualification is a plus.
• Hold a clear DBS.
• Be a committed team player.
• Be confident and engaging when delivering lesson content.
• Have strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Be enthusiastic in contributing to the wider school community in and out of the classroom.
