• Provide support and guidance to students, addressing their individual learning needs and helping them achieve their academic goals during your time in Southampton.

Qualifications: * A bachelor’s degree in related field, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.

• While not always mandatory, prior teaching experience, either as a classroom teacher or as a supply teacher, is often preferred.
• A strong understanding of the subject(s) you will be teaching, along with the ability to adapt to different curriculum requirements.
• Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behaviour, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
• Willingness to adapt to different teaching assignments, year groups, and schools as required.
