Reporting to the Senior Director Corporate & Institutional Sales (CI), the Surgical & Clinic Territory Manager will be an integral part of the CI team responsible for managing existing Surgi-centers and Medical Clinics accounts with a laser focus on prospecting and closing new business. The incumbent will manage and grow business by building strong business relationships, understanding industry trends and customer needs, in addition to establishing effective internal and external collaboration.As a Surgical & Clinic Territory Manager you will play a pivotal role in the expansion and establishment of Ontario Medical Supply’s market presence. You will be responsible for building robust account plans to address the needs of key customer stakeholders to manage territory sales opportunities from prospecting to close. Embedded in the account plans will include execution plans to implement CI strategic initiatives to meet (and ideally exceed) targets. If you are looking for a company with significant growth potential that is open to ‘doing things differently’ this position offers an exciting opportunity for you to grow and succeed commercially while flexing your entrepreneurial spirit.Job Responsibilities:-Manage and grow existing and new Surgical & Clinic accounts in the GTA, the primary focus will be on hunting, prospecting new business in Surgi Centers and Clinics such as -Endo, Gastro, and other key surgical and clinical areas.
-Build and maintain sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting through sales process effectiveness.
-Develop, plan, and implement tailored solutions to address account requirements to better meet customer needs.
-Develop and implement sales strategies by determining the relevant factors for ‘close-win’ scenarios (e.g., understanding clinical requirements or patient needs that drive product selection, competition, and purchasing decision process, decision makers) of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the company’s products and solutions to key stakeholders (surgical or clinic personnel and physicians).
-Develop in-depth knowledge of all competitors and their capabilities.QUALIFICATIONS:Driven, self-motivated individual with high resilience, persistence and initiative.
High level commitment and professionalism to work with healthcare professionals in a surgical or clinic environment.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
Ability to work autonomously to build and grow revenue.
A strong comfort level in a clinical setting and with clinically driven discussion (surgi-centers, private clinics)
Competitive and focused on achieving goals.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal team members & customers while driving growth in respective book of business
University / College degree.
Minimum of five years’ demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry preferably in Canada.
Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management.

-Experience working with Salesforce is an asset.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (power point, excel, word).
