Tyne Rivers Trust is looking for a talented and proactive Systems Officer to lead the development and management of our data and digital systems at an exciting time of growth and organisational development.
As a registered environmental charity, we work to improve rivers and their catchments for the benefit of people, wildlife and communities. Following our recent expansion to include Northumberland Rivers catchments, we are strengthening our systems and data infrastructure to support our growing impact across the region.
This is a new and influential position at the heart of the organisation. You will oversee and develop Tyne Rivers Trust’s data management and digital systems, ensuring they are effective, secure, compliant and fit for purpose.
Working closely with colleagues across the Trust, you will help improve how we capture, manage, analyse and report information, enabling better decision-making and supporting fundraising, project delivery, communications and operational performance.
You will manage and optimise systems including Microsoft 365, CRM databases, reporting tools, document management systems and spatial data systems, while championing best practice in data governance and digital working.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical and analytical skills with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
