1516621Are you looking for a new role, working in South Leeds, as a Behaviour Support Worker/Learning Support Assistant in a Primary SEMH Setting?This particular Provision are looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Worker ideally with experience working within KS1. Pupils within this Alternative Provision School have been identified with Emotional, Social, Behavioural or Mental Health issues students may also have a Moderate Learning Difficulty such as Autism, ADHD or OCD.The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working effectively with Primary aged pupils
  • A clear understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings
  • Ability to build effective relationships with the Pupils
  • A Keen interest in sport
  • Experience in a SEND setting or with Challenging behaviour
