About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AppTweak, you’ll play a key role in recruiting top talents for our global teams (Belgium, UK, Japan, Korea, India & more). You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. You’ll manage the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring we hire high-performing individuals who align with our culture and values. You’ll be joining the Employee Experience team (composed of 4 people) at a very exciting time when many new HR initiatives are implemented to help the company to thrive.

You’ll be working closely with Steffany, Talent Manager.

Your responsibilities:

  • Talent Attraction & Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Source, attract, and recruit top talent across various teams and countries. Ensure timely and quality hires;
  • Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and create tailored sourcing strategies;
  • Candidate Experience: Enhance the candidate experience at every stage by providing a transparent and fair process;
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine and optimize the hiring process for better quality and efficiency;
  • Outreach Strategy: Strengthen AppTweak’s employer branding and outreach efforts by developing school partnerships and social media presence;
  • Welcome: Work hand-in-hand with the Employee Experience team to provide the best-in-class onboarding experience;
  • Support & Collaboration: Assist the Talent Manager and Employee Experience Team with additional and transversal HR projects.

What we expect from you:

Must-have

  • Recently graduated from a Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or any other relevant field;
  • You are fluent in English;
  • Team player: you are seeking the added value of team members to achieve more;
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset: you’re hands-on and autonomous. You find creative solutions to problems in a fast-moving environment;
  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized;
  • Brilliant communication skills (written & verbal) both with candidates and within an organization;
  • Strong active listening skills, and the ability to interact with a broad set of people in a tailored approach.

Nice-to-have

  • Up to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or other HR roles, including internships;
  • Previous experience working with applicant tracking system (ATS);
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing environment and working with multiple stakeholders,
  • and you love food!
