As a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will join our Brussels Branch reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager.

Your team will be an integral part of our HR team, providing search and selection services for various IT positions for different locations including Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Austria etc, for various projects of ours including EU Institutions and EU Agencies. In this role, you will lead our IT Talent Acquisition team (recruiters) and its daily operations, also monitoring their performance. You will be expected to work closely with the HR Business Partners and the Hiring Managers of different departments and respective clients to cover diverse recruitment needs. Your goal will be to ensure that we always identify and attract the best talent to meet our clients’ needs and drive better business results.

Your main duties will be to:

  • Lead and manage the IT Talent Acquisition team;
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is being followed by all stakeholders;
  • Regularly follow-up and monitor the recruitment team to ensure that are aligned with companies’ processes and policies collaborating closely with the HR department;
  • Ensure that all IT recruiters are adhering to and presenting the employer brand as a unified front for all candidates;
  • Explore market best practices and trends and adjust the recruiting strategy to optimize the efficiency of the recruiting team;
  • Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet clients’ profiles and/or building talent pools for current and future engagement;
  • Recommend ways to expand our professional networking and improve sourcing methods;
  • Coordinate with the HR Business Partners and different hiring teams to collect the hiring requests and forecast future needs;
  • Monitor overall recruitment needs in BELUX and properly distribute them to the recruitment team by also setting priorities;
  • Set team and individual goals and monitor their performance, manage reporting;
  • Act as mentor by training the team and supporting their professional growth;
  • Keep track of and report recruitment metrics to the business & HR.

Qualifications

If you have:

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or relevant field;
  • Proven working experience in IT recruitment, managing a successful team of recruiters/recruitment consultants;
  • Solid experience with full cycle recruiting, talent acquisition methods and headhunting techniques;
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems;
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office and Office 365 tools such as SharePoint and Teams;
  • Solid experience with the use of job boards, social media and other professional networks;
  • Knowledge of local employment/labor legislation basics;
  • Excellent command of English (written, oral);
  • Strong team management and leadership skills;
  • Highly self-motivated and methodical, with a results-driven mentality;
  • Problem-solving attitude and fast decision making capability;
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills;
  • Strong ability to meet strict deadlines.

  • Experience with international recruitment;
  • Knowledge of other EU languages is a plus, especially French.
