Talent Manager in Chicago, Illinois

We are in search of a meticulous Talent Manager to join our remote sales team. This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities within the staffing industry, developing and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with the recruitment team to meet client needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the staffing industry

• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their staffing needs

• Present our staffing solutions to prospective clients to meet their needs

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met effectively

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system

• Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to promote our services

• Utilize skills such as ATS – Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, Microsoft Excel, Documentation, Hiring Processes, B2B Sales, Annual Sales, Business sales, Complex sales, Consultative Sales, Direct Sales, Inbound Sales, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Sales, Sales Activity, Sales Calls, and Sales Campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the staffing industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Experience in B2B sales within the staffing industry.

  • Knowledge of various industries and their staffing needs.

  • Networking and relationship-building skills.
