Responsibilities:

• Manage Fund and GP ledgers, including expenses, accruals, intercompany transactions, and partner allocations

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements

• Coordinate with finance management and external service providers for audit and tax filings

• Monitor cash positions and process capital calls and distributions

• Review reporting packages from Fund Admin Accountants and address limited partner inquiries

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of fund accounting experience in Venture Capital or Private Equity

• Bachelors in Accounting or related

• CPA preferred

• Experience with investment partnership accounting and tax preferred

• Advanced Excel skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
