Description :Richter Montreal OfficePosition OverviewWe are seeking a full time, permanent position for our tax practice.A day in the life of a Tax Administrative Assistant:You will be responsible for supporting the department’s administrative activities:
- Manage and coordinate the billing process and prepare invoices;
- Manage and prepare engagement letters;
- Reviewing and finalizing various documents;
- Opening and maintaining clients files;
- Generating reports in Deltek;
- Managing expense reimbursements;
- Involvement in the management for internal training;
- Coordinating communications; and
- Any other related tasks.
Your qualifications
- Post-secondary education in administration or similar relevant work experience required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment
- French is a must, English is considered an asset.
- Experience in a professional service firm an asset.
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Experience in Deltek is an asset
- Strong typing and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and critical thinking a must
- Ability to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and with frequent interruptions.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a team environment with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Must be able to demonstrate initiative and proactivity.
- Accountable for the quality and timely completion of work assigned.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Document management skills an asset
- SharePoint knowledge is an asset
