About the RoleWe are looking to recruit a Variable-Hours Teacher to work with our Adult ESOL students. Day and/or evening sessions are available. We offer the ESOL curriculum from Entry level to Level 2, including accredited and non-accredited courses.What You Will Do

Plan, prepare and develop schemes of work, session plans, teaching and learning resources, learning and assessment plans.
Develop the essential knowledge and understanding to teach ESOL learners.
Create individual SMART learning targets linked to learner study programme/course.
Monitor students to achieve their targets and develop their skills to enable progression.

About You

Hold a L5 Teaching Qualification (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE, Delta). Celta is not recognised in the UK as a full teaching qualification,
Have UK ESOL based experience teaching adult in colleges in the UK,
You should have a relevant degree in English, or similar.
