The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a stimulating learning environment where students are encouraged to engage with and appreciate the significance of history in understanding the world today.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging History lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and curiosity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best teaching practices.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support their continued growth.
• Contribute to the extracurricular life of the school through clubs, events, and trips.
• The ability to inspire and motivate students.
