• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Experience or willingness to provide general cover across other subjects.

What will you be doing?

• Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Teach a broad range of sports, including team games, athletics, and fitness.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to different abilities.
• Encourage students to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle.
• Prepare students for inter-school competitions and sporting events.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play among students.
• Deliver theory-based lessons on sports science and health.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and participation.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
