Job Advert: Teacher of SociologyWe are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate Teacher of Sociology to join our Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school located in the heart of Braintree. This is a full-time position, available to start as soon as possible, where you will inspire and guide students in their understanding of Sociology across KS3 and KS4.Key Details:

About the Role:
As a Teacher of Sociology, you will:

  • Deliver dynamic and engaging Sociology lessons that ignite curiosity and critical thinking in students.
  • Teach Sociology to pupils across KS3 and KS4, ensuring academic excellence and student development.
  • Participate actively in school parents’ evenings and CPD sessions, contributing to the wider school community.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support the development of the Sociology curriculum and resources.
  • Be part of a supportive and innovative school environment committed to student success.

About You:
We are looking for a Teacher of Sociology who:

  • Has a strong passion for Sociology and a proven ability to engage and motivate students.
