The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the CBSE curriculum and the ability to foster an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages students to excel in Hindi language and literature.Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons in accordance with the CBSE syllabus for Grades 9 and 10.
• Student Engagement: Use a variety of teaching strategies to make learning Hindi engaging, interactive, and enjoyable.
• Assessment: Develop and administer formative and summative assessments, including exams and projects, to evaluate student progress.
• Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment conducive to educational excellence.
• Individualized Learning: Identify students’ individual learning needs and provide personalized support to help them succeed.
• Extracurricular Activities: Encourage participation in Hindi-related extracurricular activities like debates, elocution, essay writing, and cultural events.
• Parental Communication: Keep parents/guardians informed about their child’s academic progress and areas of improvement.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational trends and CBSE guidelines, and participate in professional development programs.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of students’ performance and prepare report cards in a timely manner.
