Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant includes:

  • Support classroom activities and enhance student learning.
  • Assist the teacher in preparing instructional materials and resources.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
  • Facilitate small group activities and promote student engagement.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including record-keeping and organisation.
  • Encourage student participation and foster a supportive atmosphere.
  • Adhere to school policies and procedures.
