This full-time role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students’ academic and personal growth.Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide individualized support to students, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN).
• Prepare and organize classroom materials.
• Help maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
