Our partnered schools offer hands-on training and a dedicated team of experienced staff to support you as you integrate into their community. In this term-time role, you’ll have the chance to explore your passion for education, supporting students aged 4-11 and contributing to their social, emotional, and academic development. If you have experience working with children or a background in caregiving, a teaching assistant position might be the perfect next step for you. This is a long-term contract role with full-time hours (8:30am to 3:30pm).What You Will Get:

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with teachers to work with groups of children.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the class teacher and maintain accurate records.
  • Attend to children’s personal needs, including minor first aid, and offer guidance on social health, physical hygiene, and welfare matters.
  • Engage with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor student development.
  • Support children 1:1 or in small groups to aid their learning.
  • Be a positive role model for both students and staff.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience working with children.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s growth.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, grade C or above.
  • An enhanced child DBS (we can assist if you don’t already have one).
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
  • Patience to help pupils grasp lessons and engage with activities planned by the teacher.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not provided).
