We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in Crawley. In this full-time position, you’ll play a key role in supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth, working closely with teachers to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver interactive lessons
• Provide individual or small group support to enhance student learning
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Help prepare classroom resources and materials
• Track and report on student progress
• Build supportive relationships with students, staff, and families

Requirements:

• A passion for supporting young learners
• Experience with children, ideally in an educational setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive outlook and a willingness to develop
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
