Our partner schools provide hands-on training and a welcoming environment led by experienced staff to help you excel. In this term-time role, you’ll work with children aged 4-11, aiding in their academic, social, and emotional development. If you have experience in childcare or education, this could be the next exciting step in your career. The role is full-time, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, on a long-term basis.Perks of the Role:

Your Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
  • Be a positive role model in the classroom
  • Assist the class teacher with materials and activities
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families
  • Collaborate with your colleagues
  • Bring enthusiasm and dedication to work every day

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for working with children and encouraging a love for learning
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working with children or in childcare
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Confidence in supporting individuals or small groups
  • An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
