Salary: £85 – £110
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and delivery, ensuring student engagement and support.
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students requiring extra help with their learning.
• Manage classroom behavior, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with personal care when needed, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs (SEN).
• Mark students’ work and offer constructive feedback where appropriate.
• Adhere to school policies, including safeguarding and health and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant role or similar educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form positive relationships with students and staff.
• A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude toward work.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the primary or secondary curriculum.
• Experience working with students with SEN is beneficial but not essential.
