We need a Teaching Assistant for our partner schools in East Grinstead. This full-time(8:30am – 3:30pm) position supports students’ academic, social, and emotional development, working closely with teachers to create a dynamic learning environment.Duties:

• Assist in lesson planning and delivery
• Support students individually or in small groups
• Foster a positive classroom environment
• Prepare learning materials
• Monitor and report on progress
• Build relationships with students, staff, and parents

Qualifications:

• Passion for working with children
• Experience in an educational setting
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
