Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing the classroom
• Monitor student progress and report to the class teacher
• Address personal needs of students, including first aid
• Work alongside parents and teachers to track children’s development
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to children

Requirements:

• Experience working with children
• A passion for helping children grow
• GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above)
• Enhanced DBS (we can help)
• Classroom management and communication skills
