Job Advertisement: Level 2 Teaching Assistant – Full Time (One-to-One Support)Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a full-time one-to-one support role at a vibrant Primary School in Prescot, Liverpool. This position is ideal for a compassionate and experienced professional who is passionate about supporting children with additional learning needs.Position: Level 2 Teaching Assistant
Location: Primary School in Prescot, Knowsley
Contract: Full Academic Year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pmKey Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored one-to-one support to a child with additional learning needs.
- Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the child’s academic and social development.
- Monitor and report on the child’s progress and well-being.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting children with additional learning needs.
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with children.
