Salary: £83 – £100 per day
Contract: Full TimeJoin GSL Education Lincolnshire as a Teaching Assistant in a Sleaford-based school. This full-time role offers the chance to make a difference by supporting students in a dynamic and inclusive environment.Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
• Work with small groups of students or on a one-to-one basis to support learning.
• Assist with student progress tracking and reporting.
• Help create an encouraging and positive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting is an advantage.
• A commitment to helping students succeed in their academic journey.
