Teaching Assistant – Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students across EYFS-KS2, assisting with various subjects including Maths, English, and Phonics.
- Some days may involve providing 1:1 support to children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to create a positive learning environment and facilitate student engagement and progress.
Teaching Assistant – Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably across EYFS-KS2.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to support student’s varying needs and effectively contribute to classroom activities.
