Teaching AssistantLocation: GranthamStart Date: ASAPSalary Scale: £83.33 – £90.00 per day (Depending on experience)GSL Education Lincoln are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Grantham. This role involves supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about contributing to students’ academic and personal growth. This position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive on collaboration and student engagement.As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional assistance, helping to implement tailored educational strategies and providing one-on-one support as needed.Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

• Assist classroom teachers in lesson preparation and delivery.
• Provide tailored support for students with additional learning needs.
• Engage with students to encourage active participation in lessons.
• Supervise and support students during activities to promote safe, productive learning.
• Help in the assessment of student progress under teacher guidance.

Required Qualifications for Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working in an educational setting or with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, supportive approach to working with students.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
