Teaching Assistant | KS2 SEN Role | Immediate Start | Waltham-ForestTeaching Assistant required for immediate start at a primary school in ChingfordThe role is 1:1 in the mornings and then SEN support in KS2 in the afternoons.

• 1:1 with pre-verbal autistic child in Year 4
• Can be challenging – good behaviour management required
• Can engage in lesson, been dysregulated recently and needs specialist support
• Patient and empathetic Teaching Assistant required

The child has been regulated in the past but has deteriorated recently, given the correct support the school believe he can thrive this year.This role would suit somebody experienced working with autistic children in KS2 and confident in setting boundaries and improving behaviour and engagement.Benefits:
